All four buckles are made with a unique locking system that allows you to keep them captive. Each wrist and thigh restraint is fully adjustable and padded for comfort. Measurements: Thigh cuffs adjust between 20.5 and 26 inches in circumference. Wrist cuffs adjust between 7 and 12.5 inches in circumference.
