Q. Will I receive my order with discreet shipping and packaging?
A. Yes, we will ship your order out in a plain brown box tightly sealed and only your name and address will be on the label. We do not mention any of the contents of the box.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Your order will be shipped out the same day or the following morning if you purchased after 5pm pacific time. We ship from warehouses in California, Nevada, Colorado, New Jersey and more, so depending on where you are located, your order will arrive in 5-7 days. Expedited shipping is also available for an added $65 charge which take 2-3 days to arrive.
Q. Will I be able to track my package?
A. Yes, we will email you with an update of your order and a tracking number as soon as it ships out.
Q. What do you do with my personal and email information.
A. We use your address to ship your products and we use your email to send you the tracking number only. We do not spam your email after or mail you anything else. We also do not share any information you provide with anyone.
